Charcoal drawing is a representative series of banyan tree drawings by Aser But since the seventies. He did large-scale drawing, usually 4 ft. x 6 ft. with two largest drawings (4 ft. x 8 ft.) once exhibited in Macau in 1986. Since then, he engaged himself in executing large drawings in different media and earned his praise and influence in the drawing and painting circle.
